If this person was not in the market NEN would be some where around 35 cents by now.

I can only surmise that they were either with NEN in the early days and are taking their profits elsewhere or they were buying the stock down and are taking a profit, unfortunately at our expense, but that's trading!

With a strike in Vietnam their mouths will be pursed up like a cats behind, looking at what they have missed.
