Shareholders need to hear about how the company has put some pressure on Monash. That's all they need for confidence.
And my overall opinion is that Monash $$ would be nest available to us in the first few months prior to a cement pour, but not before.
And i don;t think Monash matter if they do fall over for the market has already factored it in, branding us the 'seat of our pants' company.
If there is a make or break point at all, its the ALDP result - not Monash.
