Note 7. Non-current assets – Other Financial Assets (continued) Shares in other corporations represent Cytopia Ltd’s investment in Alchemia. During the year ended 30 June 2004 Alchemia raised $21 million in its initial public offering and was listed on ASX. Cytopia Ltd holds 13.9% of Alchemia’s issued shares as at 30 June 2005 (14.4% as at 30 June 2004). Alchemia conducts research regarding the discovery and production of carbohydrate-based drugs and nutraceuticals.
