Kal shareholders will be rewarded with the divestment of its assets by eventually owning shares in three different companies. They are KAL= Jackpot, Burey = U via IPO, and LOU = Wilson plus other LOU permits. In addition, priority applications to existing KAL shareholders apply with the BURY float. Sounds good.
