Intevia needs a lot of backing in terms of expertise (design/manufacturing) in order to expedite the kinds of license deals that have been flagged. Platinum's involvement can't hurt since they are great at value adding to companies and facilitating deals so TZ will be assisted in assembling the teams needed to grow the technology and organise the NASDAQ listing. However, all this is predicated on the assumption that TZ is just a cork bobbing up and down in a pond. I think this particular cork has its own engine and so can steer where needed. This will become clear only after the announcement is made. Deals underway may be associated with new licensing provisions, new strategic investments/alliances and so on.
