This is my second go at it.
The form is located on Republics home page. I gave them the cash by Bank to Bank transfer on Thursday so 2-3 working days is usual then once 3B is issued my options convert to shares on my trading platform it usually takes another 2-3 days to show the conversion on my portfolio.
