I'm using a charting program with a live data feed called PhoenixAI

I don't really do much scanning as such although the program has a good search facility.

Instead I utilise their 'Top Movers' feature, which is a list of the days top movers by % gain (they have top movers by voulme etc too)to track momentum stocks.

The top movers is updated every few minutes and is linked to whatever chart you have opened on the workspace.
