I doubt rumours of take over are driving this.

I believe the market likes the pres, and still sees value in this stock.

I remember a few months ago news out of the US talking about how wal mart and best buy were still doing well and employing staff.

As long as these businesses stay in business, in comes the rent and IMO will be easier for MDT to refinance.

Im looking at this one LT.

Yesterdays buyers are being rewarded to day.

By the way, I do not have a direct line to god, so I have no idea who's buying wat LOL
