Ulti, my personal pick of first production, as previously stated, will IMO: come from the Shirley Basin region, as this is where the majority of testing has occurred. The statement below is pretty much self explanatory.
There are more than a thousand identified deposits, each individually too small to develop without an economic way to transport the concentrate to an offsite mill. Ablation makes that possible :)
Distance from the Ablation Tech workshop ( Casper - Wyoming ), to the Shirley Basin Uranium District is a mere 1.5Hrs travel (approx 125Km's)by road.
The Logic points to this location !
I guess we shall find out sooner than later, wink :)
