Hi deidre.
A problem with the fall in the ASX on Friday is that people with Margin Loans will have "calls" on them to come up with some cash to hold their position. This morning's fall of over 200 points on the DOW will only worsen their situation.
Desperate people will want to cut the small fry from their portfolio and save the ones most likely to recover and advance in the not too distant future. Companies, such as INL, with a still questionable future in many people's minds, may well suffer a sell-off.
The fall in metal prices will only enhance their doubt about INL's future unfortunately.
Management can try to tell the uncommited that the Company will remain cash-flow positive even if metal prices drop 50% but those who don't study this Company will not believe it.
Pity also that many people still look at this Company as a penny-dreadful because it reports on the last possible day of the reporting season.
Yes, next week WILL be an interesting week.
