One would think that but NO, its cold hard cash and the company have no debt hence the bargain
Read the corporate update 10 September 2012 and i quote
"Cabral has a strong cash position of A$9.1 million and NIL external borrowings ? In addition, at 30 June 2012, Cabral has another A$1.1 million in cash and liquid securities for its 50% share of the joint venture company with China Railway Materials Commercial Corporation Group"
