    i agree ... i was calculating 3.2c but 3 soounds like a good estimate alot of buyers coming on...we should see a surge to about 2.7cents by 2.30pm the usual time.

    very happy with this stock today

    very good out look into the future as well as there invest looks like its going to pay big considering the tenant they have signed
