No it won't disappear they will make another placement for $200k (working capital) to keep things / salaries going for another quarter. Then at the AGM they will be able to increase the number of shares available for placements by another 15%.
I actually wonder what all the management / directors and remaining staff do to keep themselves busy. Board meetings would certainly short and sweet, nothing to report.
The next auditors report may give a bit more insight in relation to valuation of the assets other than that the annual report will be a consolidation of the last 12 months quarterlies. Oh and yes they will be still negotiating with other interested parties.
