Someone correct me if I’m wrong but I don’t think they had any ‘debt’. It mentioned 6k that was extinguished by shares.
My guess is the bank balance went to 0 before this placement so one of the sophisticats lent them 6k to pay a bill or 2 till it happened.
Fingers crossed this was a small placement because it’s the last..
