The commentator might have noted that Entrust paid 4 cents a share for their stake - a significant premium over the then cash price of about 2.3-2.3 cetns a share, as I recall.

They would not likely have done that if a cash distribution were their aim - they would have been loooking instead for a discount to market for the large block purchase.
