re: buy side growing DLS price movement has nothing to do with the amount of quality of the oil.
It runs with the market when it goes down and runs with the brokers (and buy recomendations) when it goes up.
With A PE of 12 share price should be 22 cents on expected (current) income stream.
Still 40 wells to go, so PE should generate a price of 30 plus cents. DLS will look to run a dividend in 2007.
