With 514k wanted by 65 buyers going back to 5 stops to $1.30 and 80k going forward 5 stops to $1.32 by 11 sellers, most normal stocks would rally at this point. The persistant seller is doing a good job at suppressing the price, I wonder how long they will continue to dump.
