Well, as soon as I posted some seller came in with an order to sell 29,000 at $1.325.....
half a cent cheaper than the previous sale and filled up that price slot.
IMO that is typical of an institution such as a bank or fund....
Arc has some 233 million shares outstanding and it looks like they all want to get sold!!
