I must say, for a company that did have potential and a little capital to get the ball rolling; the directors seem to be using this company as a shell or other projects.

Or worse...procrastinating.

I know I procrastinate sometimes when things needs to be done. But at least I'd not to lose sight of what you're trying to achieve. And bit by bit, make it in time.

I guess these directors must have achieved what they want, which is to get paid, not do too much other than statutory requirements and get the title to put on a resume as being a company director of an ASX listed firm.

...Bravo! Though I must commend them on allowing ACU stay alive on the ASX. I doubt they would read this forum, but I silently await for any signs of life or change that will be moving this company to be what it should (and has the potential) to be...
