Each person has their own strategy. With NEN, as has been mentioned, the planets are aligning nicely for example spudding between June and August is a good scenario in that it is close. Also given that BHP found oil in block 120 and that was many years ago with rudimentary equipment as compared to today, this one is a matter of how big, not what if. Not to mention the other prospects in block 120. Don't forget Exxon has made discoveries along the same structures.
Blocks 120 & 105 excellent 3D data that has identified more prospects, this is a good story. And I agree I don't see this as a wildcat in the true definition of a wildcat discovery.
The exit strategy for share holders as I said each have their own. For me the smart money is to take your investment out with some profit and let the rest run but this decision is when the drilling is underway and more is known.
