For what it's worth - I can vouch for Amcom as being a good company. In the time I was there, they had a solid initiative driven from the management down to permeate a customer oriented focus throughout the whole business, and took it quite seriously. It's well driven, and if I was to work anywhere again - it'd be there. It's always handy to know the culture behind the company I think and not just the market fundamentals.
