It is far too premature to think that way. In 2 months, and still no communication or broker road shows then sure, your theory may well be true. I really find that theory hard to believe at this stage.
Bouris needs to take some level of personal brand risk here. We still don't have a proven company yet due to no real orders for the technology taken place with substantial revenue behind them. This could be a cause for his silence i.e. waiting to see if the technology is viable before he broadly puts his name to it. However, even then, he has previously stated that he joined the company due to its amazing technology.
