    Ths the trouble with issue a lot of stock for a worthless deal. Once the promoter gets the stock they just sell the stock down regardless of price!

    And then there is too much stock on issue and the company decides on a recon, have seen it time and time again.

    Was a beautiful little company called Harrington group trading between .06 and .10 cents

    oh well
