Personally I think they need a trading halt, a skywriting plane and an entire street parade to announce that the plant is *finally* complete. Since August they have been saying 'this month for sure' over and over again and now its looking more like 2008.
They are either incompetent for not using conservative estimates in their project timelines or a bunch of lying crooks. After the whole GWEC debarcle I think the latter is more likely..
Best of luck to holders hopefully this will be some good news but history with this lot deems otherwise.
