Maybe the market expected more upfront cash. I can't recall where I read this but I thought they were expecting around $800k...but that was without the rev sharing scheme for 3 years. This thing wasn't making them that much $$$ anyways so it's good that the maintenance is now covered by someone else and all debt has been retired.
