Further to the announcement made on 19 November 2008, the Company advises that
the sale of shares in Rincon Lithium Limited to Charge Resources Pty Ltd has not
completed.
The company has given notice today to Charge Resources Pty Ltd to complete the
transaction by 4:00 pm Thursday 4 December 2008, failing which the sale agreement is
to be treated as being at an end with Admiralty reserving all its rights
