Great to see someone finally talking sense on this thread - and even backing it up with some reasonably conservative figures.
Bottom drawer has always been the place for these - they may have made mistakes but at least they are actively pursuing a way out - if it all blows up in their (and our) faces, well, we took a punt.
But thanks again because you have at least made me feel better about it - a nice change from several others on this thread!
