Ha! Mexican stand-off indeed! Big gap between 3.3 and 3.8. Who will win this battle of wills? Really looks like long-term sellers and day-trading buyers. Long-term sellers aren't going to sell at these prices and any recent day traders will want to get in lower than previous amounts. (although a 3.4 sell just stepped in)
Would be nice to know what the Bergen conditions are - anyone else know what comparable stipulations have been placed on them before? Is it a trading volume/day or an escrow/timing situation do we know?
