Hi ash,
The purpose was just to illustrate a conservative scenario, and how badly undervalued the company is compared to that. I would like to assume that funds can be obtained under optimal conditions, and perhaps Andrew will be able to get good terms. If that's the case, then I would be very happy but for now it's enough for me to compare against a conservative model.
