....my understanding is port infrastructure is currently sufficent to cope with 2mtp plant offtake. This is what the DFT design initially is delivering (upto ~10 modules)with the first module costing 50-60mil (including the first yrs operational costs) that being our flagship demostration plant to prove the economics of coldry in vic.

cant see us upgrading from 2mtp within the next 5 yrs so the next budget once we prove the economics of coldry/ export and local use the gov. will then commit to the Port upgrade to meet demand.....does make sense under current economic conditions cutting the budget to create surplus.
