buyers out in force after rate cut, page-10

Well, I remember when they were organising Bus Tours for buyers after the first couple of house price falls in USA.
Properties in Las Vegas were RED HOT as these buyers calculated (wrongly) that the property market will rebound.

Current (USA) FED Reserve Official rate is 0.25% -----Doesn’t look like this is helping, does it???

Current (UK) BOE Official rate is 0.5% -----Not doing much good here either...
