No doubt Adairs is a great value at this level compared to when it was listed in June 2015 at $2.4 with EBIT of $31m.
But I do not believe and certainly do not wish to give up my ownership to a certain group of investors.
It’s been listed only for 4 years now and has got a bright future. History says great returns are unlocked by holding on to good investments for a long time. So I would rather keep it listed and clip around 12% dividend a year.
