You make some interesting comment regarding liquidity for institutions.
Makes the current short position in MML stock very pertinent.
As of the ASIC report of 4th May there were still 6.241m short sales outstanding.
I have tracked the daily positions since 1/9/14 and estimate that there is still c. A$4.71m worth of short sales needing to exit at a price of c. A$0.75 to break even. Volume has not been particularly high for a while so trying to buy back 6.2m shares is going to take an age without spooking the price. So it remains an interesting situation for resolution (smile!).
