That's true, buyers are returning but i think the most important thing to realize is that even when there wasn't mass quantities of buying, there was very little selling. I have a feeling that there are a few in this one for the long haul and I'm guessing it's for good reason. MMZ is currently running strong with no announced project, wait for an Ann and some quality company/people to be added to the mix and I think current prices will be a thing of the past.
