RIS is sadly not a trading stock.
It will eventually be taken over by a larger player.
Looking at the chart,I reckon you will get well over 20c/share.
I hold a few of these highly illiquid names (mostly Chinese ones listed here).
One is being privatized (NOE) at 23c/share.
Another (OTI) sold its assets for around 20c/share...It was trading at 3c with no trading to speak of.
A couple of others will have similar fate...most gratifying notwithstanding the time factor.
This is the nature of the beast you hold.
