ARD in my opinion is primed to run, has been trading in a consolidation pattern between 15c and 25c for the last 12 months.
When it breaks out it's going to run hard in my opinion.
The run may wait for the agreement to be finalised or it might start beforehand. In my opinion it's worth taking positions early on any weakness.
