The true value of all goods and assets is what someone is prepared to pay for them. Add to that the human trait of everyone thinking differently brings on that phrase - In my opinion.

Buyer - why should I buy Whn
* Has a good story
* has good management
* Possibly has a very valuable asset
* May secure one of the worlds biggest oil prospectors as a joint venture partner
* 3d before the end of 2012
* If successful in getting oil to flow - write your own cheque
* Acquiring other world class assets
* East Africa on everyones horizon as the next big oil frontier
* Oil price rising making their smaller plays all the more viable
* Gas and oil to power the world for many years to come

Seller - Why should I sell Whn
* 3.5Billion barrells of oil - unproven - all we have are some fractures under the seabead that may hold water for all I know
* about 450millin option or more hanging around which may or may not be excercised depending on criteria
* 3d maybe a fizzer
* how much of the farm do we trade off to secure a partner
* What if our partner is only an average prospector
* what happens if the lease is not re-newed
* will there be a capital raising - cash is running short
* Hsitory tell me there are more duds than gushers

Holders - Why should I hold Whn
* way up all the pros and cons and go with your gut.

In the end it does'nt matter what is posted here it is up to everyone as individuals to make their decisions.
If you loose - so be it - at least you had a go and is that not what we punters are about.
If you win - appreciate the outcome & your good fortune - keep both feet on the ground becuase we know sooner or later the coin will fall the other way.

This is just an insight into some of my stratergy's and mind set. I believe - and hold a substantial stake in whn and the last thing you will get from me is a TOLD YOU SO if we win.

One more thing - it does'nt matter if your a $2million high roller or a $2000 hard earned investor if you loose we all feel the same pain and if we win we all enjoy the same euphoria - the percentages are all the same.
