I don't know about Shenghe but there are several questionable actions by the (former and actual) management, one of them leading to the first denial of the license, others are related to financing activities. Also I am asking myself why on earth they are not listed on the LSE as much of risk capital sits there. Or why they do no reverse split of shares, why they don't start with Soerensen or the other area first as they were more likely to go online and finance KF. Why they put in a Geologist as CEO instead of a PR/IR or financing expert and let the geologist suborder/focus on his tasks. That's the questions I have. Does that mean they are incompetent? No but there is wasted potential for sure. On the other hand I am very pleased on how they handled EIA. I have seen an earlier draft and I made the conclusion out of it, that they do not underestimate the challenge again. If I had any doubts about the management I'd not be long GGG.
