How are you going to know who is "left for the party" in terms of how will you know who held for a week or bought in 10 years ago.
I know what you mean, but at the end of the day you might need to narrow it down a bit, or it might get like one of those schoolies parties and get out of hand.
Cant have a whole pile of rich people getting locked up for running around naked in the main street now can we ;-)
