    Then again...if it gets back to 30, it will probably be worth a LONG TERM HOLD then!

    This REIT will survive, IMO, and one day many will look back at Quarter 1 2009 as the buying opportunity of a lifetime - literally - for many REITs. Fortunes to be made here, for amny IMO.
