    I think we saw the low the other day.

    Issue at 9c essentially serves two purposes.

    (a) Allows them to do placements in future without the shareholders whinging that they never get a chance
    (b) Allows them to get rid of all the small unmarketable parcel shareholders when they don't take up any more shares.

    ie. Clears the registery for action...

    I think we could hear some news from this one soon...
