It seems clear that someone has dumped millions of shares in recent months. What is reassuring, to me, is that buyers have stepped in to soak up this stock. The selling pressure has inevitably led to a decline in the share price, but it could have been worse.
The volume changing hands indicates that the Funding Facility lenders will have no problem selling their shares when they are issued; especially if the current seller runs out of stock.
