of course, it is good time to buy at low price if you want to hold long term and believe there are still mining boom after 4 years.

check out what happen to aluminium industry in past 5 years, (over supply, price drop. Rio have to shutdown and write off alunimium buiness this year, which cost them multi billion), same thing may happen for any high cost iron ore project, because there are many report say iron ore will massive over supply by 2015
