Pursell sees a done deal all formalities over with by the end of June.
That's quite a change of tone for someone who is normally so down-beat and brutally honest about how unprofitable JRVs operations are, and so reserved about stating anything remotely optimistic. He's the first to remind people about how JRV might not be successful ... so this is a bit of a turnaround.
I doubt he'd say it unless he truly believed it.
