Totally agree, everyone has not picked how good this stock is.
Sure they have had a shocker few years but the team has changed .deep water port and infrastructure is a goer and BOE want to develop. ... the references to SIR in reports has me excited that they will come up trumps... and lets hope the SP FOLLOWS SIR
