Very, very optimistic view. With all due respect, I can't take anyone seriously anymore that says we're only waiting on "procedural" delays. Where is the proof of this? What makes this such a certainty? The price has been languishing below 10c for how long now? If everything was sorted and all we were waiting on was delays in admin procedures, the price would not be where it is!
$20 odd Million is absolute chicken feed to a company like Zijin and could very easily have been invested as part of a strategy to force some issues or coerce some departments while gaining control at the same time. No way does it necessarily imply everything was sweet before they put the money in.
If Zijin believed that they could "influence" any outcome in negotiations by being majority shareholders, having their own people on the board and essentially taking control of NKP, then $20 Million would be well worth putting up in an "attempt" to secure this resource at a bargain basement price.
Just my opinion though.
