The main things to look at from our Phase I are:
- Was it safe
- Did any patients get T-cell activation (i.e. no previous exposure to HSV-2 and therefore immunity against HSV-2, then post vaccination showing immunity therefore the vaccine is stimulating an immune response without having to be exposed or infected to the virus)
- Did any study subjects generate an antibody response
