It is interesting that the following shareholders
Crystal Yield Investments Ltd/ Ricky Holdings Ltd which holds
125,571,429 shares or 19.89% as per last annual report
and
Start Grand Global Limited has 40,103,583 shares (5.62%) as per notice of substantial dated 27/1/15
both share the exact same address-

11/F Times Tower 391-407 Jaffe Road Causeway Bay Hong Kong

Even more interesting is that ASF Group Limited (Reys largest shareholder) has itself a substantial shareholder named RUBY BRIDGE GROUP LIMITED which owns 68.2M shares (or 12.06% of ASF as per substantial notice 22/12/2014). Ruby Bridge has on the same notice provided its address which is

WTF?

Is there anyone on hot copper that lives in Hong Kong? If you do, can you drop by the address and tell us what is there. Like is it an office or an apartment?  If it is an office type  and has a list of all the companies registered there, are there any other REY shareholders as listed below but are less than substantial holders at the same address. ( from last annual report)
NEWAY ENERGY INTERNATIONAL LIMITED 27.6M shares or 4.19%
XIAO HUI ENTERPRISES LIMITED 24.5M or 3.71%
TONG HENG HOLDINGS LIMITED  9.2M or  1.39%

Something else doesn't make sense.
The 2014 annual report states on page 91 the following:
Substantial Shareholders
An extract of the Company’s register of substantial shareholders (being those shareholders who held 5% or more of the issued capital on 16 September 2014 and who have provided substantial shareholding notices to the Company) is set out below:

But the 5th largest shareholder on the register is listed as

MISS MEI CHI JOYCE LEE who holds  45,34,074 which looks like a typo error but then it says she has 6.87% shares. something wrong there. If she has 6.87% then where is the substantial shareholder notice because I can't find it. Maybe she only has 45,34,074 shares and the shareholding is less than 1%. Either way it doesn't make sense.

So again, anyone from HC who lives in Hong Kong, can you please have a look at the address.
