Wrong, i think institutions have been buying. You dont necessarily need big volumes to confirm that. The instos are well aware of the spudding anticipation & if they dont cap it, it will run very quickly outside of their accumulation/consolidation range. Look back on the charts, the volumes have been sitting right under the volume trigger line (to most t/a traders) for an extended period of time now. With spudding so close & charts showing screaming buy & this stock is still within consolidation ranges, it tells me that someone played their capping game very well.
