    I'd say it is.

    Right through this European drama there has been very little liquidity on the sell side under 1.3 cents.

    The lower the price dropped, the more the sell volume dried up.

    The only issue has been a lack of buyers and that is understandable given the general macro economic issues, time of year and that no really earth shattering news has been released.

    As of a couple of days ago, the buyers started returning at 1 cent, with them now building at 1.1, and on market buys at 1.2 today.

    By now, I'd say all those who are likely to want to sell in the current market have already done so, and we are now left with a core group of shareholders who are longer term, are prepared to wait for results and realise that if Togo happens, it's a longer term thing and also should be viewed as a bonus.

    That's how I see it anyway, may of course be wrong.... but attempting to read the market is half the fun of this sort of investing!
